Text Messaging allows
radio-users to compose their own messages, or select from a list of predefined
text / query messages. Text Messaging supplies an Inbox Folder for storing
received messages, a Draft Folder for storing messages being created,
and a Sent Folder for retaining a history of transmitted messages.
